My stay at The Whitley had its highs and lows. While the service was excellent and the location unbeatable, the state of the rooms left much to be desired. The hotel’s vibe felt a bit outdated, and while the amenities were nice, the overall experience was marred by some issues I encountered.

I had a lovely stay at The Whitley, where the location is simply unbeatable, right across from Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza for endless shopping and dining options. The service was really good, with attentive and professional staff, which really made my experience feel luxurious. Still, the gorgeous lobby and common areas provided a beautiful atmosphere to relax in.
